What this site is

daveroland.com is a personal website. It describes Dave Roland’s background, links to businesses and products he is involved with, and provides a way to contact him. It is informational. It is not a transaction, it does not create a client relationship, and nothing on it is an offer or a contract.

The other sites listed here

The directory links to separate businesses and products. Each of those has its own terms, its own privacy policy, and its own pricing, and those govern anything you do there. Following a link means leaving this site. Buying something on one of those sites is an agreement with that business, not with this page.

Any other outbound link is provided for convenience. Linking to something is not an endorsement of everything on it, and Dave does not control what a third party publishes.

Using the contact form

Send messages that are genuine. Do not use the form for spam, for automated submissions, for anything unlawful, or to send content you do not have the right to send. Do not submit sensitive personal information: no financial account details, no government identifiers, no health information. It is a contact form, not a secure channel.

Submitting the form does not guarantee a reply, and a reply does not create a professional relationship of any kind.

You may read it, link to it, and quote a reasonable portion of it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, present it as your own, or use it commercially without permission.

Anything you send through the contact form stays yours. Sending it gives Dave permission to read it, store it, and respond to it, and nothing more.
